What's Your Secret Sauce

1.     Five ways that I Believe that my human capital is truly unique:
·      I have a lot of experience in dealing with the product that I would be trying to sell to my customers (firearms and gun locks)
·      I get up early and go to bed at a reasonable time which gives me extra hours in the morning with far less distractions to work on my product
·      When I find something that I am interested or passionate about I work on it nonstop and with great energy
·      I am very accepting of failure, meaning that I do not get discouraged if my product does not work the first time
·      I learn a lot from my mistakes to make the next version of my product better
2.     Five interviews of people who know me best:
·      The first interview spoke of my independence and individuality. She also spoke of how I get things finished on my own time.
·      The second interview speaks of how I am very outgoing and how I do not care about what other people think of me. She also speaks of how I am a natural leader.
·      The third interview spoke of my drive, intellect and charisma. She spoke about how she has known me her whole life and I have a level of motivation that I am able to use in my professional life. She finished by saying I am different because I am personable and the kind of guy people want to be around.
·      The fourth interview she speaks of how I have known her for a long time and how I am so motivated and galvanized. She also speaks to my reliability.
·      The fifth interview is my neighbor who I have recently become very close with. She speaks to towards how friendly I am and how it is very easy to talk with me and form connections.
3.     Differences:

·      The differences between the way I describes myself and the way others described myself was that I emphasized my work ethic more and others described my reliability more. Additionally, some of the interviewees spoke about how easy it was to relate to me which was not something I would have realized myself. Overall, the only thing that I would change in my list would be that I am very easy to communicate.

  1. Hello!
Regarding the way you identified yourself, I think that fact that you are accepting of failure is great for your future in business. We both have similar conclusions when speaking about the differences we found. My family and friends described me based on how I behave with others (Reliability, Selflessness, etc.) while I focused on my drive and work ethic. Great job on the assignment!
